The last sunny days of summer are drawing to an end. We see that fall is coming and are busy with our plans and programs at ICH.

During August, the organization of the Christian camp has taken place. This camp is for the children from needy families of the village of Babino. These 40 or so children would not have been given the opportunity to attend a camp. Therefore ICH gave them this chance. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to be with other children and to play games, talk and participate in christian topics. They were given this chance to get to know one another, to open up their hearts and to just relax.

School for 2006-2007 is fast approaching and everyone is preparing for the new school year. ICH plans to purchase a large amount of school supplies to give as presents to the orphans from orphanages and internoit schools of the city of Izhevsk.

The city of Izhevsk held the action of "Help the Child" during the summer. ICH participated in this by giving clothing, toys and books that had been donated by the citizens of Izhevsk.

During the month of August, ICH assisted several needy families with food, clothing and supplies.
