As usually after noisy New Year holidays, here comes a temporary lull in January. So it happened in January 2007, but not for the International Center for Hope. Right after Christmas Parties for orphans the staff of ICH came to give Christmas gifts to the disabled children living in Izhevsk. The 15 kids as well as their parents were so grateful to ICH and happy to receive presents.
The work of ICH continues within the bounds of the “Home where Love Lives” Program functioning in its 5 parts: “Future begins today”, “I need home”, “These children are not somebody else’s children”, “Help Mommy”, “Let’s be more merciful”.
In the middle of January the President of ICH Galina Alieva was invited to the party in the Republic Social-Rehabilitation Center for Minors devoted to the 10th anniversary of the institution. ICH gave them toys, puzzles and office supplies as presents.
In January 5 needy families received assistance with food and clothing.
In the International Center for Hope Vodkinsk Christmas Party for the children that come regularly to the leisure center was organized. Also a puppet show on the subject of forbidden fruit was held for the first-formers of the military school of Vodkinsk. Besides that, jointly with the Christian Youth movement named “Generation Next” in the school #15 was organized the meeting with the senior students of the school who were raised in the Orphanage of Vodkinsk. All together they played sports and communicated with each other.
